What is the best meal of the day?

To me, Think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as cliche as that sounds, lol. I think it is important to start your day off with a larger, healthy meal. That way you have energy to burn off for the rest of the day. If you wait until 2 PM to eat sometimes, you are not going to have as much energy throughout the day, and you will quickly burn out.
